The promotion and safeguarding of Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) in target villages have been a key aspect of this program, supported financially by NABARD. A total of 100 JLGs were formed, with members receiving training on group dynamics, record maintenance, and day-to-day operations. Each group was credit-rated to assess its capacity to manage and run successfully. Upon completion, all JLGs were linked with banks to access loans for initiating income-generating activities. These activities have led to the economic empowerment of women, marking the program's success in enhancing financial independence and fostering community development.
